When critical shifting is a priority, the Sport Comp Shift-Lite tachometers are the answer. These tachs feature an advanced air core meter movement, which provides accuracy and quicker response. They also include the exclusive rubber-lined shock-strap for vibration-free readings. A bright amber shift-lite signals any pre-selected rpm to notify the driver to shift.
The "Dial-In-Exactness" feature utilizes the tachís fluorescent red pointer to indicate the chosen rpm. By turning a set knob on the tach face the pointer sweeps up or down until the preferred rpm is selected. The rpm can be checked at anytime by simply switching the knob to Set. Part #3906 includes peak rpm memory. The driver can switch to Recall on the tach face and the highest rpm achieved will be displayed by the pointer. The All Silver Sport-Comp 5" Monster Tach is modeled after the popular Ultra-Lite series, but at a more affordable price. The new "Silver" tach includes silver painted steel mounting cups with an anodized aluminum dial, bezel and control shield - matching the Ultra-Lite hot race look!
