Popular uses include:
- Grooved housing for Clip Type mounting on one end
- 10-32 NF threaded rod on one end
- Exposed 0.075" diameter solid stainless wire on one end
- Provides a total of 3" of travel
- Flexible housing measures only .325" outside diameter
- Cable length is measured tip to tip
- Parachute Releases
- Shutoff Valves
- Remote Battery Switches
Solid wire core
The solid wire core cable is desirable in certain applications such as a chute release, or when attachment hardware dictates a wire end. Two sizes are available to choose from, final overall length may be altered by cutting the exposed wire end if needed.
Fitted with efficient dynamic seals and requiring very little effort; these lightweight cables have a full circle of reinforcement wires to protect and support the inner liner, influencing positive load transfer with minimal lost motion.
Ideal for any cable operated application that requires pushing or pulling, and very well suited for extreme use environments. This combination should be considered as an upgrade replacement for Teleflex Morse type cables.
Grooved housing on one end, conduit on the other end.
Rated at 50# pull and 40# push, intermittent loads may exceed these ratings considerably without failure. These recommended load ratings reflect a balance between maximum load and reasonable cable life.
These aren’t a flimsy garden equipment control cable that will let you down when you need it the most.
To determine the proper length for your application, measure the
tip-to-tip cable length by using a flexible rule to snake through the actual intended cable route.

How do I measure for total cable length?
|Use a flexible ruler and snake it through the intended cable route. The cable length is measured from tip-to-tip of the attaching ends, not the cable housing mounting points.
My cable installation is close to the exhaust system. How do I protect it from the heat?
|When installing a cable in an excessive heat environment, incorporating a heat deflector shield with adequate air gaps between the heat source and the cable housing is recommended.
For the most efficient and longest cable operating life it is recommended to install the cable so the heaviest load is in a pulling motion whenever possible.
