We want you to be elated with your shopping experience at The Chassis Shop.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make things right. Outlined below is a brief overview of our policies regarding your order.

Prices

Every effort is made to hold published prices; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm pricing at the time of placing your order. We accept no responsibility for any pricing errors.


Specifications

Non-critical product specifications are subject to change without notice.


Data Accuracy

The Chassis Shop Performance Products, Inc., (hereinafter “The Chassis Shop”), its suppliers, contractors and authorized representatives make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information printed on its products and published on its web pages, packaging and official documentation. However, as policies, laws, price points, dates, conditions, and information are continually changing, The Chassis Shop, its suppliers, contractors and authorized representatives reserve the right to change at any time without notice, information contained on its products, websites, packaging and official documentation and as such make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.


Disclaimer of Liability

Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for any loss, damage or injury directly or indirectly arising from the use or inability to determine the use of any and all products. Before using, installing or operating, the user shall determine the suitability of a product for its intended use and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.


Notice of Legal Use

All products in this order that alter engine performance or vehicle emissions levels may not comply with requirements of state and local laws regarding noise or emission levels and are “Legal in California only for Racing Vehicles which may never be used, or registered or licensed for use, upon a highway.” Verify applicable laws and requirements prior to use, installation or operation.


Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard®, Discover®, and American Express. Your card will be charged when your order ships. UPS Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) service and Net Terms payments are not available at this time.


Prepaid Orders

To expedite clearance of prepaid orders, wire transfers are acceptable. Please request a shipping cost estimate prior to making your payment to avoid any delays in processing your order. Allow adequate time for prepaid funds to transfer prior to order processing.

 

Custom Built & Special Order Products

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom built and special order products. Custom built and special order products are not eligible for return.


Dealer/Wholesale Drop Ship Fee

Dealers/Wholesale customers who drop ship orders to their customers will be subject to a $5.00 drop ship fee per order.


Exchanges

To expedite the exchange process we simply ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s) before returning your original item(s). Please contact us to initiate your exchange.


Returns

Products in original, saleable condition may be returned for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs within thirty (30) days of purchase. A return goods authorization (RGA) is required and all eligible products are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless an offsetting order is placed. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Special order and custom built products are not eligible for return. Any product not returned in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.


Damage or Loss

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and have driver record any damage or loss. All damage or loss claims should be made directly to the carrier. Save all packaging for carrier inspection and notify us of your damage or loss claim within two business days.


Shortages or Overages

Please report any incorrect, missing or extra items to us within two business days of receipt of the order.


Limited Warranty

At our discretion we will repair or replace any product found to be defective due to materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
