It's simple. These special offers are available on qualified orders to eligible destinations - some product exclusions do apply (see below).

You may select an expedited or specific delivery method if you wish - any other chosen delivery method will not receive these special shipping offers.

  • Only $9.99 for shipping on eligible orders with a subtotal from $0 to $49.99

  • Only $12.99 for shipping on eligible orders with a subtotal from $50 to $149.99 

  • Earn FREE shipping on eligible orders with a subtotal of $150 or more

Carrier and service type will be chosen by The Chassis Shop on any order shipped by FREE or Flat Rate delivery method offers. Please provide your U.S. Postal-specific address if it's different than  your UPS address.

Only available for single shipments to retail customers within the contiguous 48 United States.

The following products are excluded from FREE & Flat Rate delivery order total calculations, and will be sent at the purchasers shipping expense: 

  • Lengths of straight Tubing
  • Tubing bends / Roll bars
  • Welding Rod
  • Motor plates
  • Wings
  • Dragster noses
  • Windscreens 
  • Chromoly plate 18"x 36" or larger

Factors that can determine your shipping cost:

Delivery rates, if any, are determined by the size and weight of your package, service type and destination. You may select your delivery method of your choice during checkout.


NOTE:  Shipping related costs, if any, currently  do not  display during the checkout process, or in your order confirmation email. They are added to the final invoice when your order is processed.


Delivery within the United States:

 

Our package delivery carriers within the United States are UPS and Post Office Mail.

Some service options may not be available to all areas.  

 

Heavy and oversized shipments may be delivered as Truck Freight.
We will notify you if your order must be shipped by truck.  

Truck delivery is typically 2-14 business days within the continental United States.

 

We ship orders to APO, FPO and DPO addresses using  Post Office Mail.

Delivery to U.S. Territories:

 

Our package delivery carriers for U.S. Territories are UPS and Post Office Mail.

Some service options may not be available to all areas.  

 

If shipping to a United States address for pickup or freight forwarding, UPS, Post Office Mail or Truck Freight may be used.

 

Based your order contents and location, upon delivery you may be responsible for additional duties, taxes or customs fees that are not represented in the Invoice total. These potential charges are imposed by the destination territory and are typically handled through the delivery carrier.


Delivery to Canada & Mexico:

 

Our package delivery carrier for Canada and Mexico is UPS including UPS Standard ground service.

If shipping to a United States address for pickup or freight forwarding, UPS, Post Office Mail, or Truck Freight may be used.

Our package delivery carrier for international orders is UPS.

Questions that may come up after you receive your order:


Was something damaged or lost?

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and have driver record any damage or loss. All damage or loss claims should be made directly to the carrier. Save all packaging for carrier inspection and notify us of your damage or loss claim within two business days.

Did you receive more or less than ordered?

Please report any incorrect, missing or extra items to us within two business days of receipt of the order.


Do you need to make an exchange?

To expedite the exchange process we simply ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s) before returning your original item(s). Please contact us to initiate your exchange.


Do you need to schedule return?

Products in original, saleable condition may be returned for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs within thirty (30) days of purchase. A return goods authorization (RGA) is required and all eligible products are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless an offsetting order is placed. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Special order and custom built products are not eligible for return. 

Any product not returned in original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
