How degrees of bends are defined:
The degree of a bend may be measured with either a protractor or an angle finder
Radius and leg lengths
The bend radius is measured on the "center line" of the tube. Tube
radius bend result is determined by the combination of the capability of
available tooling, and material being formed. The leg length is the
straight portion, starting from the tangent point (where the bend
starts).
