Fast Ratio Steering Box

The ultra-fast action of this rack-n-pinion is perfect fit for Micro sprints, small oval track or mini-baja applications.

This is the latest version of the Stiletto “ Fast Ratio“ Small Box Rack and Pinion. Utilizing FEA engineering, this NEW Magnum Housing design is 35% stronger, without any weight penalty over the previous model. The increased rigidity and torsional stiffness of the CNC machined Billet 2024-t4 Aluminum housing provides a stronger foundation for sustained gear alignment in abusive applications. Precision fitted with a heat treated alloy rack and pinion that has also proven to enhance longevity, and provide the Swiss Watch movement that is a Stiletto standard.

Also loaded up with unique Lifetime Boots; a Neoprene woven / Nylon composition that outlasts conventional rubber. Available with the choice of Clevis ends or Aurora VCM Rod ends.

For rear steer applications (steering arm relative to steering axis), mount in the position as shown. This unit may also be mounted inverted, for front steer applications.

Stiletto Steering Systems are considered to be one of the finest rack-n-pinions on the market.
